2009-2010 Pennsylvania State Youth of the Year winner
Nick is the 2009-2010 Pennsylvania State Youth of the Year winner. A member of the North Penn Valley Boys & Girls Club, Nick competed in a state wide competition on April 27th, 2009. Youth of the Year is a program for teenagers that promotes and celebrates members service to Club; community and family as well as academic performance; moral character; life goals; poise and public speaking abilities. THIS IS THE HIGHEST HONOR a Club can bestow on a member.
About the Club: The North Penn Valley Boys & Girls Club serves over 2,000 young people ages 6-18 each year. Our legacy of positive youth development dates back to 1967 when the Club was founded for young people in need of a place to call their own. We believe that by putting an emphasis on Reliability, Impact, Teamwork and Excellence ALL children (regardless of what disadvantages they may face) will have the tools they need to succeed.
