Thanks to Bergey’s Auto Dealers and the Auto Dealers CARing for Kid Foundation our Wissahickon Valley Club was the recipient of warm, colorful winter coats! Each club member picked out a new winter coat to keep them warm this winter. We can’t thank the CARing for Kids Foundation enough for helping prepare our members for the winter weather year after year!
VNA grant awarded!
North Penn Valley Boys & Girls Club has received a generous Inclusion Grant from the VNA Foundation of Greater North Penn.
The Club shares the VNA Foundation’s emphasis on increasing services for under-resourced people and for immigrants to our region. Their gift enables the Club to provide translation services into all member families’ primary languages, and benefits communication with children and their families.
Our staff will be able to better assist the children in the Club’s after-school homework program and to translate important forms and information for parents.
The 2-year grant is appreciated by everyone at the Club. Thank you to the VNA Foundation!
