These programs empower youth to support and influence their Club and community, sustain meaningful relationships with others, develop a positive self-image, participate in the democratic process and respect their own and other’s cultural identities. The ultimate goal of these programs are to enhance the critical decision making process of our youth and enable them to become leaders amongst their friends, at school, at home and in the Club.

Jr. Staff Program-(ages 13-18) Must apply for position, assists staff and provides members the opportunity to be a role model to others - Summer: North Penn and Indian Valley
Keystone Club- (ages 12-18) Leadership Club - School year: North Penn and Indian Valley
Torch Club- (ages 9-11) Leadership Club - School year: North Penn and Indian Valley
Youth For Unity - (ages 8-11) Celebrating diversity and individuality - October - December: North Penn and Indian Valley
Real World Teens - (ages 12-15) Teenagers have the opportunity to discuss the issues that frustrate or concern them in the "Real World" - October-November: North Penn and Indian Valley
