Thursday, October 11th: 13th Annual Chefs of the Burbs, PineCrest Country Club, 6-9pm
Please join the Rotary Club of Blue Bell for a festive evening of food, drink, and entertainment while helping to support local and international causes! This year’s event features over 20 of the area’s very best Chefs on site, creating delicious dishes and desserts. Enjoy beer, wine, and live music while bidding on restaurant raffles and silent and live auction items. The club’s theme this year is ‘Building a Brighter Future for Our Kids‘. Proceeds from our auctions will benefit the Wissahickon Valley Boys & Girls Club and the Interfaith Housing Alliance.

Wissahickon Valley received a grant from the North Penn VNA

The Wissahickon Valley Boys & Girls Club received a Spring grant award of $10,000 from the North Penn VNA to furnish their new kitchen. The new Boys & Girls Club includes a large kitchen space that was in need of renovations, appliances, furniture and kitchen accessories. Thanks to the VNA, the space was used for our Kids in the Kitchen program throughout the school year. During the summer our campers used the space to whip up recipes during activity time! We appreciate the continued support of the North Penn VNA!
Brittany Pointe residents raise funds for the Boys & Girls Club

The residents of Brittany Pointe hold special events throughout the year to raise funds to support local charities. Once again, they chose to contribute to the Boys & Girls Club! Residents Maureen Berger, Sylvia and Harry Bingham and Larry O’Malley visited the North Penn Valley facility for a tour and to present a check for $2,500 to our directors Amy Shipp and Gabrielle Lochetto. Thank you everyone at Brittany Pointe for your continued support!

Visitors from Ambler Mennonite Church presented the Wissahickon Valley Boys & Girls Club with a check for $1,320 to sponsor summer day camp scholarships. The funds were raised through their annual Pennsylvania Dutch dinner. Thank you AMC for your continued support!!
Bike Donation!

Thanks to a local company for donating 21 bikes to the Boys & Girls Club. And thanks to Reimel Landscaping for transporting the bikes back to the North Penn Valley Boys & Girls Club.
